Gas infrared metal fiber burner is surface combustion gas infrared burner. The pre-mixed air and gas are burned through the burner body and through the metal fiber sintered felt surface, and the combustion occurs below the metal fiber material.
Because of sintered metal fiber alloy emitter, it has long service life. Many of its micropores disperse and entrainment air mixtures. Once ignited, the powerful infrared radiation is spread evenly over the entire surface of the transmitter. Compared with braided metal and other fiber burners, the fuel can be saved by more than 20%. The burner is flexible in nature, but is supported by a rigid brace. This prevents damage during routine maintenance or thermal shock after repeated ignition. When placed face down on a conveyor belt product, the surface of the burner remains flat and does not sag easily, unlike traditional knitted metal fiber burners.
